SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days following the day the order was placed. Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online.

For Danish customers
Free standard shipping on all orders over 500 DKK.

For european customers
Free standard shipping on all orders over 150 EUR.

For Swedish customers
Free standard shipping on all orders over 1,650 SEK.

RETURN

For Danish customers
If you want to return your item(s), you must always email our customer care on customercare@zarkoperfume.com no later than 14 days after receiving your purchased items(s). When returning an item, you must make sure the sealing on the product is unbroken and is the same condition in which you received it. That means that it must be unused, in it's complete original packaging and all accompanying (labels, hang tags etc.) must accompany the item when you return it. If you are in doubt about anything, you are always welcome to email our customer service at customercare@zarkoperfume.com

For european and Swedish customers
Shipments do not include a return label. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item.

RETURN FREIGHT IN DENMARK

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item.print a return label.
When you print and use the return label, the shipping costs will automatically be deducted from your refund.



REFUND OF MONEY AND POSSIBLE REDUCTION

If you revoke a purchase, we will refund the amount we received from you without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date, on which we received your notification of withdrawal or the returned item(s), whichever is later. Remember to hold on to your shipping receipt to evidence that the item has been shipped.

We refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for any reduction of the item's value, which is due to handling of the item other than what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the item and the way in which it works.

You are usually allowed to examine the item in the same way you may at a shop, but you must not put it to use. This means that the seal must be unbroken. If you have broken the seal, and we are unable to resell it, or not resell it at full price, we will deduct the depreciation from the amount we refund you. If the item no longer has any commercial value, we will not refund the purchase price.



RIGHT OF COMPLAINTS

ZARKOPERFUME.com operates in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act as stipulated by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority. Complaints must be made in accordance with the regulations of the Danish Sale of Goods Act. That means that you can complain about flaws and defects, which arise within 2 years after purchase. This may be flaws or manufacturing defects. However, this does not apply to flaws, damage or wear resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or from normal wear and tear.

If your complaint is justified, depending on the specific situation, you can have the item repaired or exchanged, receive a refund or a reduction in price.

You must complain as soon as possible after discovering the defect.

In the event of complaint, flaws and defects or overdue shipments, please email us at customercare@zarkoperfume.com.

Our customer care will decide the proper way to handle your complaint. If the item needs to be returned to us, we will send you a return label to attach to the package. In any case, it is important that you pack the product properly so that it does not get damaged during transport.

When you return an item, please attach a detailed description of the problem.

We do not accept packages that are not delivered directly to us nor packages sent cash on delivery.
